Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

GIGABIT GROUPE — IT solutions, managed Odoo ERP, hosting and professional email. Last updated: 13 July 2026.

1. Scope

These terms govern orders and subscriptions via gigabitgroupe.com. Customer conflicting terms excluded unless agreed in writing.

2. Payment

Prices are in GNF unless stated otherwise. Payment due dates are as specified on each quote or invoice. In case of non-payment, GIGABIT Groupe may suspend services per the contract.

3. Portal and data

Secure portal access includes My Projects, Manage (backup download) and My Mailboxes. Automatic backups included. Data retained 3 years.

4. Professional email

Professional mailboxes on the Customer domain per quotation.

5. Acceptable use

By signing, the Customer will not use the platform to sell, host, advertise or facilitate alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco, shisha, condoms or sexual wellness products, or other prohibited activities defined by GIGABIT GROUPE.

6. Liability and law

Services on a best-efforts basis. Liability limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months. Governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Guinea.
